On the 29th November Scope Home Access held their Annual General Meeting.
Speakers included our Board Chairperson, Christine Spackman, who presented the Chairperson's report for 2021-2022, and Steven Dixon, CEO who presented the CEO and Annual Report.
Scope Home Access' focus for the next three years was presented, with our new Vision, Mission and Values and the four pillars that will provide the framework to ensure Scope Home Access' continuing success.
Our new Vision, Mission and Values are:
- Vision - Living safely at home with dignity
Mission - An exceptional experience for clients wanting 'a way to stay' in their home
Values - Scope Home Access places high value on: Trust, Quality, Dignity, Positivity, Innovation and Accountability
Our four pillars are:
- Great people - employing great people who are honest, dedicated and adaptable, and who always hold out client's happiness as their number one priority
Operational Excellence - providing quality services by having a culture of continuous improvement
Organisational Sustainability - we are committed to building a high performing company that is profitable, systemised and compliant
Community Engagement - we will establish ourselves in our local community by focusing on our corporate, social and environmental responsibility
We farewelled Anja Nivala who has been a loyal and valued member of our Board of Directors for 17 years, also having served as Chairperson from 2009-2021. We thank Anja for her dedication, knowledge and energy and wish her all the best for the future.
