Steven Dixon
CEO

Steven is a passionate CEO and Business Leader. Over the past 20 years he has built multiple businesses around the world and worked with teams in Australia, North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia.

With a focus on Strategic Leadership, Steven enjoys working with innovative businesses who are adapting to the evolving digital environment, and building high performance teams who utilise their individual skills to work in a team environment that gets clients outstanding results.

Steven enjoys surfing, camping and spending time with his beautiful family.

Arie Van Arkel
COO

Arie has a Certificate III in Carpentry and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and has experience in being a Construction Foreperson, an Estimator, and a Sole Trading Carpenter.

Arie initially started with Scope Home Access as a Carpenter and then as 2IC of our Construction Division before becoming COO. He has a particular interest in Business Management, using his skills at Scope Home Access to assist in the implementation of new systems, reviewing internal procedures and ensuring compliance.

Arie is also a musician and a self-proclaimed foodie, living a simple life focused on family.

Juanita Sieler
Head of People, Learning & Culture

Juanita brings a plethora of knowledge and experience that spans the private, corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors, holding management and project management roles in organisations operating in aerospace material supply, information technology and community service.

A part of the Scope Home Access team since 2013, Juanita’s expertise encompasses systems, compliance, HR, administration and Work Health and Safety, and completed the 2 year Leadership Illawarra Program with RDA Illawarra in 2022.

Juanita’s hobbies include cooking, glamping, spending time with family and friends and a bit of home renovation.

Annette Hanly
Head of Occupational Therapy

Annette graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree and commenced with Scope Home Access in 2008. Annette also completed a Diploma of Management in 2011.

Annette has worked extensively in the field of home modification and equipment prescription. She enjoys problem solving particularly challenging complex home modifications situations, and is a great believer in informed choice for the client. When not working Annette likes to keep active, attending the gym, sailing, practicing Pilates and travelling.

Tony De Las Heras
Client Services

Tony has worked in multiple financial institutions on Relationship Management and Client Services, including 2IC and manager positions.

Tony was also a professional referee with the National Rugby League for 8 years and held various positions with the NSW Rugby League in High Performance Coaching, Assessing and Mentoring. He currently referees Physical Disability Rugby League and serves on the judiciary panel of the Illawarra Rugby League.

Tony is passionate about health and mental fitness, family, and socialising with friends.

Pooja Mathew
Finance Manager

Pooja has a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics), a Master of Professional Accounting and is a CPA. She has an extensive background working in accounting for UOW, Peoplecare, NSW Health and Multicultural Aged Care.

Pooja enjoys financial accounting and data analytics, utilising her skills since commencing with Scope Home Access to introduce new systems to allow Scope staff to better service our clients.

When not working, Pooja enjoys travelling, gardening, painting and volunteering at her local church.

Brad Conley
Regional Supervisor & Nominated Qualified Supervisor
- Shoalhaven & Eurobodalla regions

With a passion for home modifications, Bradley has established himself as a trusted professional in the industry with 14 years’ experience. Bradley holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, with active NSW and ACT builder's licenses.

Bradley is an enthusiastic rugby league supporter, enjoys the occasional round of golf and spending quality time with his family.

Brad Richardson
Regional Supervisor
- Southern Highlands & Queanbeyan / ACT regions

Brad has a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery, Certificate IV in Residential Building Studies and a Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety. Brad has a background in Residential building since 2008.

Brad enjoys the satisfaction in knowing he provides independence to our clients in their own homes by ensuring their safety on a daily basis.

Stephen Valery
Regional Supervisor & Nominated Qualified Supervisor
- Illawarra region

Stephen has a Certificate IV in Carpentry and Joinery and is a qualified Building Foreman/Clerk of Works. Stephen has 44 years of experience in the building industry and has been with Scope Home Access for 12 years.

Stephen is much appreciated by his division and the wider Scope team for his support and ready assistance in providing home modification services to our clients. Through his dedication to our clients and the team, Stephen became a Regional Supervisor in 2019.

When not at work, Stephen enjoys fishing and, being the carpenter that he is, making furniture.

Greg Judd
Regional Supervisor - Hunter region

Greg is a licensed Building Contractor with 45 years in the Building Industry, has completed a 3 year Building Foreman/Clerk of Works qualification, and has been a part time carpentry teacher with Tafe NSW.

Greg has project managed subdivisions in residential construction, multi-unit residential, resort constructions, high-rise commercial and high-rise residential unit developments in Cairns, Sydney and Canberra.

Being Regional Supervisor for Scope Hunter gives Greg personal satisfaction that we help people daily to stay safe in their own homes. Outside of building Greg’s great passions are his wife, children and family, and anything to do with horses and horse racing.
