What is Home and Yard Maintenance?
Our maintenance service includes any work that maintains your property's condition to ensure your health and safety whilst at home and in your yard. This work is important to ensure hazards around your home don't escalate and cause injury to you or your loved ones. Hazards may result from structural issues such as rotting decking or less obvious culprits including full gutters which pose a fire risk in summer.
Depending on the service required, your maintenance will either be carried out by one of our in-house builders or a trusted subcontractor. All of our subcontractors undergo thorough compliance checks before onboarding to ensure their quality and reliability.
