NSW Public Health Order
As of Monday 21st March 2022 the NSW Public Health Order (PHO) was updated to included all workers involved in providing services to clients of Scope Home Access, which requires all workers:
- at least have their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine before 9:00am on 25 October 2021; and
- at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before 9:00am on 29 November 2021; and
- had a third Covid-19 vaccination dose by 12 April 2022.
ACT Public Health Order
As of Tuesday 15th March 2022 the ACT Public Health Order was updated to include all workers involved in providing services to clients of Scope Home Access, which requires all workers must be up to date with their Covid-19 vaccinations, which includes a third dose, as of Monday 28th March 2022.
In accordance with the updated PHO, you can be assured that all Scope Home Access workers who attend any client's premises are vaccinated as directed.
Other measures
To ensure the wellbeing of all clients, staff and visitors, Scope Home Access have implemented a COVID-19 Safety Plan, which includes:
- monitoring of staff health and temperatures daily;
- pre-visit screening questions asked of clients prior to site visits by staff;
- screening questions asked of all visitors to the Scope Home Access head office;
- posters on entry in reception to alert visitors;
- QR code check in to all Scope Home Access offices;
- all staff have completed infection control training;
- physical distancing has been implemented in all offices and daily cleaning undertaken;
- regular communications to staff in regard to requirements and updates to guidelines/public health orders;
- PPE such as gloves, masks and sanitiser is provided to all staff;
- staff attending client sites are required to wear appropriate PPE;
- visitors are provided with masks if required.
What you can do to help
All clients are required to answer the pre-visit screening questions prior to visit by our staff. Please advise if you are feeling unwell, have been a close contact of someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, or travelled to or attended a site or region that has been declared an exposure site or hotspot.
