Become a Subcontractor

Occupational Therapy

Although we have in-house Occupational Therapists, at times we subcontract this work to external Occupational Therapy providers where we don’t have capacity due to high demand or geographical location.

As Scope Home Access operates under government funding guidelines to provide services in both the Aged Care and Disability Sectors, we require a Service Agreement to be in place with our Occupational Therapy subcontractors. In addition, we require the following compliance documentation:

• AHPRA Registration
• National Criminal History Record Check certificate (no older than 3 years)
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Medicare Provider Number Certificate/ Notification (if applicable)
• Business registration
• Public liability Insurance
• Professional Indemnity insurance
• Workers Compensation insurance (if applicable)
• Current Flu Vaccination
• Current COVID-19 Vaccination (including third dose)

Trades

Scope Home Access provides home modification and maintenance services to the elderly and people with a disability, but as we do not have all trades on staff, we subcontract this work out to local business.

• Public Liability insurance
• Workers Compensation insurance (if applicable)
• Contractor Licence
• White Card
• National Criminal History Check (no older than 3 years old)
• Current COVID-19 Vaccination (including third dose)

Areas that we service and subcontract trades are: Illawarra, Hunter, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Eurobodalla, ACT/ Capital Country
