The eight standards that must be met surround the areas of:
- Consumer Dignity and Choice
- Ongoing Assessment and Planning
- Personal Care and Clinical Care
- Services and Supports for Daily Living
- Service Environment
- Feedback and Complaints
- Human Resources
- Organisational Governance
