Our response

From the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Scope Home Access has implemented measures in accordance with Department of Health and Federal/State Government guidelines, to ensure the safety of all Scope Home Access clients and staff. 

Vaccination 

According to previous Public Health Orders in NSW and the ACT, all Scope Home Access staff have been vaccinated as mandated.

You can be assured that all Scope Home Access workers who attend any client's premises are vaccinated as directed. 

Other measures

To ensure the wellbeing of all clients, staff and visitors, Scope Home Access have implemented a COVID-19 Safety Plan, which includes:

  • monitoring of staff health;
  • pre-visit screening questions asked of clients prior to site visits by staff;
  • posters on entry in reception to alert visitors;
  • all staff have completed infection control training;
  • physical distancing has been implemented in all offices and daily cleaning undertaken;
  • regular communications to staff in regard to requirements and updates to guidelines/public health orders;
  • PPE such as gloves, masks and sanitiser is provided to all staff;
  • visitors are provided with masks if required. 

What you can do to help

All clients are asked to answer the pre-visit screening questions prior to visits by our staff. Please advise if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive to COVID-19.
